Refund policy
Melrose Blue has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as bodysuits and underwear. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/clearance items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, items can and often will move fast. So, we can't ensure that any singular style will still be in stock when/if you need to exchange for a different color or size. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have immediately. Once your return has been received we will issue you a store credit which you can use towards the purchase of a new product.

Refunds
Melrose Blue does not offer refunds. However, you will receive a digital store credit for the value of the items returned. Your store credit will be emailed to the email address on file for your order.
Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
